Our space has multiple spots for you to say “I do,” and the choice is yours for whatever your vision may be. We have premium solid oak chairs in-house to seat up to 300 guests included in your venue rental fee to make it a hassle-free ceremony where the only focus is getting married to the love of your life illuminated by our historic arched windows.

If Evermore Hall knows one thing, it’s how to throw a party. Host your cocktail hour in golden hour while our mixology team shakes up custom crafted cocktails for you and your guests, have dinner as you watch the sunset over the Hudson River, and dance the night away as night falls. We have round tables and chairs to seat up to 200 guests as well as hightop cocktail tables available for you to use in-house, all included in your venue rental fee.

While Evermore Hall is the star of the show, The Ilium Building has to much to offer that can all be conveniently added into your contract. A full buyout includes options for lodging for up to 109 guests, welcome cocktail reception, rehearsal dinner space, ceremony & reception in Evermore Hall, afterparty at Ilium Bar & Brewing, farewell brunch in the Lounge, and is completely customizable. We are fully equipped & ready to host your dream wedding weekend.
