At The Ilium

Floors 2-4 of The Ilium Building are home to twelve boutique guest rooms and sixteen apartment-style suites that can sleep cumulatively up to 104 guests. Each room has been thoughtfully designed and curated to make the space feel like a true home away from home. Room blocks and buyout options are available to be added into any event package you book at Evermore Hall.

The second floor of Ilium features twelve boutique rooms, each equipped with slippers and a robe, room-darkening shades with a coffee/tea maker.

The third and fourth floors of The Ilium feature two mirrored floors for a total of sixteen apartment-style suites. Each room includes different features such as fully-equipped kitchens, heated bathroom floors, memory foam mattresses, and natural light pouring in from the building’s signature historical arched windows.

Suites 303 and 403 are one-bedroom corner suites that are ideal for a bridal/groom suite. With optimal lighting and plenty of common space and seating, these offer the perfect space to get ready in to say “I do.”
