  • Great Question! Absolutely! We spent a great deal of time and effort planning the renders to be as close to the final product as possible. While some small details have changed, the renders reflect the space and are as close to what the real thing looks like as we can get. It does, in fact, look even better, as we continue to improve the space and provide more features over time.

  • Yes! We had our kickoff event, Evermore Eve, on New Year’s Eve to ring in 2026, have have since hosted several events. We are preparing for our booked weddings of the season and are continuing to book weddings and events through 2026-2027.

  • Absolutely!
    No one ever is ready for the party to end, so fortunately, we have Ilium Bar and Brewing in the building, which allows for a unique space with a completely different look for an after party that can go as long as you would like.
    After party package options range from just having your guests, notified to walk downstairs, all the way up to a full custom event set up with DJ options, open bar, latte night bites, and more!

  • Evermore Hall is Fully ADA accessible, with a ramp entrance, Elevator, and ADA Bathrooms.

  • Yes! The Ilium Building Features 16 Modern Apartments on site that can be booked for your party starting in Summer 2026.

  • Absolutely! While we have a list of preferred vendors to assist you, you’re welcome to bring your own, provided they have liability insurance and sign our vendor contract.

    You can Book any of the Ilium Building Luxury Apartments to make your very own Getting Ready Suite in the Building!

    We will have makeup desks and mirrors available on site to be borrowed for this purpose.

  • While we do not provide in-house catering, we can recommend excellent local caterers familiar with our venue.

  • Yes, we do have WiFi available, primarily for vendor use (e.g., photographers, planners, DJs).

  • To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We accept all major forms of payment.

  • Yes, we require all weddings and events Serving Alcohol to carry event liability insurance. It’s simple and affordable (Around $150) —And we will be happy to guide you through the process.

  • Every event booking comes with a 14 hour rental for set up, event and breakdown. Our standard event curfew is 10pm, with vendor curfew of midnight, options to extend, and afterparty options at Ilium Bar!

  • You may access the space starting at your contracted time. If you’d like to come in early or the day before, we may be able to accommodate depending on availability (Such as If there is an event the previous day)

  • We’ll handle setting up tables and chairs for your event layout, as well as room flips if needed. While we do not provide decorating services, you are welcome to personalize the space yourself or work with your planner or florist.

  • Yes! We provide enough tables and chairs for your guest count (Up to 200), including extras for vendors (like DJs and dessert tables). Our included table offerings currently are Round, with elegant Solid Wooden Chairs.

  • No, we do not. We can work with your planner in recommending linen vendors.

  • Yes! We include at least 30 Minutes of rehearsal time with your rental, based on availability. This may not always be the night before your event, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.

  • Yes, we’ll take care of all initial table and chair setup and teardown, and we will work with your vendors and planner on any necessary transitions between ceremony and reception. You’re free to enjoy your day without the heavy lifting.

  • Evermore Hall requires all clients to have an external event/wedding planner for all events and does not currently provide event planning services. Our venue and events manager will act as your main point of contact at Evermore and will work directly with your planner to ensure your special day runs smoothly and stress-free for you.
