Girls Upstate presents Galloween: a 21+ Halloween masquerade ball for women, held in the penthouse at Evermore Hall in downtown Troy, NY. Put on your mask, bring your girls or come solo about 90% of our community comes solo and step into a night of gothic glamour, dancing, activities, bites, and a bloody good time.
Come as you are and leave with new memories and a few new friends.

Bring your mat, stretch and unwind with us. Join Lululemon ambassador and Hot Yoga Spot instructor Karli Famelette for an accessible yet challenging all-level Vinyasa Flow. Come ready to move, breathe and enjoy community in a beautiful space.

Collar City Pride Swann Ball
The Swann Ball honors BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ icon William Dorsey Swann, America's first self-proclaimed Drag Queen and first documented gay rights activist.
The proceeds from the Swann Ball will go to support Collar City Pride's opening of their Downtown Troy LGBTQIA2S+ Community Center! This center will house our Rainbow Bridging Case Management program, weekly groups, monthly meetups, our youth drop-in space, and a hub for our queer community of Rensselaer County.
The ball performances will be produced by Bad Heart Burlesque, featuring a night of not only BIPOC performance production, but a fully BIPOC cast! We will also have a photo booth present for those who would like to memorialize the night and so much more.
Support a local cause at a beautiful, new Downtown Troy Location (Evermore Hall above Illium Brewing) with a cash bar provided by our friends at Illium Brewing, catered appetizers and small plates, community, costumes -- and have a blast doing so!!

Evermore Hall is located on the fifth floor of the Ilium Building at 406 Fulton Street. enter the building through the main door just to the left of Ilium Bar & Brewing and take the elevator or stairs all the way up to the fifth floor.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of class.

Students can anticipate a grounding and supportive flow designed to help them feel more present and centered. We will focus on accessible alignment while linking breath to movement to cultivate mindfulness.
