Students can anticipate a grounding and supportive flow designed to help them feel more present and centered. We will focus on accessible alignment while linking breath to movement to cultivate mindfulness.

The Swann Ball honors BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ icon William Dorsey Swann, America's first self-proclaimed Drag Queen and first documented gay rights activist.

The proceeds from the Swann Ball will go to support Collar City Pride's opening of their Downtown Troy LGBTQIA2S+ Community Center! This center will house our Rainbow Bridging Case Management program, weekly groups, monthly meetups, our youth drop-in space, and a hub for our queer community of Rensselaer County.

The ball performances will be produced by Bad Heart Burlesque, featuring a night of not only BIPOC performance production, but a fully BIPOC cast! We will also have a photo booth present for those who would like to memorialize the night and so much more.

Support a local cause at a beautiful, new Downtown Troy Location (Evermore Hall above Illium Brewing) with a cash bar provided by our friends at Illium Brewing, catered appetizers and small plates, community, costumes -- and have a blast doing so!!
