Sunset Sessions

45-minute professional instructor-led sunset group yoga classes during golden hour on select summer Thursdays.

Evermore Hall is located on the fifth floor of the Ilium Building at 406 Fulton Street. enter the building through the main door just to the left of Ilium Bar & Brewing and take the elevator or stairs all the way up to the fifth floor.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the start of class.

    This welcoming class is designed for every body and every experience level. Move through a balanced sequence of breath-connected postures that build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout class, allowing you to practice at your own pace while leaving feeling refreshed, energized, and centered.
