As the sun sets over Troy, join us on the Penthouse Floor of the Ilium Building for an intimate evening of food, drink, and connection. The Spring Fling Family Style Dinner is a seated five-course experience crafted by First + Adams — served family style the way a great meal was meant to be shared.

Each course is thoughtfully paired with wine or a handcrafted mocktail, all set inside the warm glow of Evermore Hall during golden hour. This is dining as an event — an evening designed to slow down, connect, and savor every bite.

• Golden Hour Ambiance, 5:30–7:30 PM

This ticket covers the Family Style Dinner only and does not include access to the Open Bar Dance Party (8–11 PM). To enjoy both, grab the Combo Ticket and spend all night with us.

Most dietary restrictions can be accommodated, please notify us ahead of time so we can ensure an enjoyable feast for all! No day of substitutions will be able to be accommodated

Stair note: Our historic elevator is currently being replaced, so guests will need to use the stairs to access the fifth floor Penthouse.
