Hi, we’re Andrew and Cassidy – partners in life and in creating unforgettable celebrations. With a shared passion for hospitality and a love for bringing people together, we’ve been planning events for as long as we can remember. Founding Evermore Hall was a dream rooted in our belief that every couple deserves a beautiful, seamless, and joy-filled wedding day.

Originally from Albany, we now call Troy home, where we live with our two children and our beloved pug, Petunia. Evermore Hall is more than just a venue – it’s an extension of our home, our values, and our passion for service. We take pride in offering every couple not just a space, but a heartfelt experience.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Unless we forgot to update this, I assume you are reading this sometime in 2025.  Evermore Hall is currently in the Process of Permitting, Construction, and Finish Work. We aim to have construction done by Fall of 2025 and kickoff with some events by the end of the year, well in time to be full steam ahead for the 2026 Season.

  • Great Question! Absolutely! We spent a Great Deal of time and Effort Planning the Renders to be as close to the final product as possible. While some small details will change, the renders reflect the vision of the project and are as close to what the real thing will look like as we can get. It will, in fact, look even better, as we will continue to improve the space and provide more features over time.

  • Currently Our Estimated Max Capacity Is 160 Guests (Limited by Dinner Seating), We will be evaluating as we get closer to 2026, but that is our Current Limit.

  • Evermore Hall is Fully ADA accessible, with a ramp entrance, Elevator, and ADA Bathrooms.

  • Yes! The Ilium Building Features 20 Modern Apartments on site that can be booked for your party.

  • Absolutely! While we have a list of preferred vendors to assist you, you’re welcome to bring your own, provided they have liability insurance and sign our vendor contract. 
    The only mandatory In-House vendor is Bar Services

  • Yes!
    You can Book any of the Ilium Building Luxury Apartments to make your very own Suite in the Building!

    We will have makeup desks and mirrors available on site to be borrowed for this purpose.

  • While we do not provide in-house catering, we can recommend excellent local caterers familiar with our venue.

    We handle all Bar, Alcohol, and Drink Services In-House

  • We are not yet doing on-site tours, as the space is an Active Construction Site as we get it ready to launch.

  • We do not have Parking, but Street Parking is Available, and there are Several Free Parking Options within 2-3 Blocks Walking Distance in Downtown Troy.

  • Yes, we do have WiFi available, primarily for vendor use (e.g., photographers, planners, DJs).

  • To reserve your date, we require a signed contract and a 25% deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We accept all major forms of payment.

  • Yes, we require all weddings and events Serving Alcohol to carry event liability insurance. It’s simple and affordable (Around $150) —And we will be happy to guide you through the process.

  • Our standard wedding rental includes 6 hours of event time, with additional time for setup and teardown. Extra hours can be added based on availability for an additional fee.

  • You may access the space starting at your contracted time. If you’d like to come in early or the day before, we may be able to accommodate depending on availability (Such as If there is an event the previous day)

  • We’ll handle setting up tables and chairs for your event layout, as well as room flips if needed. While we do not provide decorating services, you are welcome to personalize the space yourself or work with your planner or florist.

  • Yes! We provide enough tables and chairs for your guest count, including extras for vendors (like DJs and dessert tables). Our tables are a mix of round and rectangular, with elegant Solid Wooden Chairs.

  • Yes, your rental will be inclusive of Linens for Tables. We will work with a vendor to have color options available for you.

  • Yes! We include at least 30 Minutes of rehearsal time with your rental, based on availability. This may not always be the night before your event, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your preference.

  • Yes, we’ll take care of all initial table and chair setup and teardown, as well as any necessary transitions between ceremony and reception. You’re free to enjoy your day without the heavy lifting.
